Muslim Children’s book festival – FAQ’s
Can I pay at the door? There is no payment accepted at the door, all tickets must be pre-booked.
Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
What time will entry be allowed from on the day of the event?
Doors will be open 10 minutes before the start of the event (12:50).
Is there a cash point at the venue?
The venue does not have an onsite cash point.
Is the event women or men’s only?
This is a mixed family event. We encourage participation from all members of the family.
What age is considered a child ticket?
From 18 months to 16 years old is considered a child and must purchase a child ticket.
•0-18 months – free
•18 months – 16 years must purchase a child ticket (£10)
•16 years and above must purchase an adult ticket (£3)
What age is considered an adult ticket?
Anyone above the age of 16 must purchase an adult ticket.

How can I be a vendor? Email us tinymumins@gmail.com with detail about your products and services and we will let you know if there are available stalls.
How do I book pre-book the workshops?
The workshops specified as pre-booked workshops must be booked in advance on the sales page. Please be aware that there are limited spaces on a first come basis only.
Do I need to purchase an entry ticket if the pre-booked workshops are fully booked?
Yes, regardless of whether you are able to book a space on the pre-booked workshops or not, all attendees must book tickets for the event.
Will there be other activities aside from the pre-booked workshops on the day?
Yes, there will be other drop in fun-filled activities on the day for all children to enjoy.
Will there be childcare/ crèche on the day?
There will be no childcare facilities and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Will there be food provided?
All children (18 months to 16 years) who have purchased a child ticket (£10) will receive a complimentary light snack. All guest can buy snacks from the dessert vendors.
Will there be stalls? There will be stalls to purchase items such as books, toys and sweets.
Where is the venue for the event?
Rumi’s Cave, Carlton Vale, London NW6 5HG (Some navigators/ maps also recognise NW6 5HH).
Is the venue accessible?
Yes the venue is accessible with lifts to all floors.
Is there parking at the venue?
The venue does not provide onsite parking.
